We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager(m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Performance Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building up & leading a team of Sales Performance Agents. Together with your team, you will ensure the optimal performance of our products on our various online channels, especially on Amazon. Among other things, the following exciting tasks await you in this position:

  • Building up and leading a team of Sales Perfomance Agents
  • Research of product related key words and keyword optimization to improve our listing on Amazon (SEO Performance)
  • Management and optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns to increase our sales (SEA Perfomance)
  • Planing and conducting of promotion campaigns (e.g. discount coupons)
  • Regularly checking competitor prices to set the best price
  • Improvement of the organic search ranking on Amazon by price optimization
  • Monitioring of competitors launches & the ranking perfomance of their products
  • Together with the colleagues from Productmanagement- and Channelmanagement-Department you will contiuously improve the performance of our produts


Your Profile:

  • Economic / commercial study or apprenticeship background
  • Strong expercience in working with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience in building and leading a team is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Business fluent in English
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • First practical experience in e-commerce is an advantage
  • Reliable, meticulous way of working and a quick grasp of things
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
